The goal of this project was to build tools that empower Nike sales associates with knowledge and insights to better serve consumers.
This project was kickstarted after we interviewed Nike sales associates about their experience with the new mobile point of sale devices. They appreciated being able to 'check out' consumers without a cash register. However, they also wanted the ability to keep a customer profile, see the purchase history and make appointments to encourage customer engagement.
I was the Associate Creative Director for this project. I led the discovery research and strategy including contextual inquiry, interviews with sales associates and usability tests. I oversaw all the scenarios, user journeys, research and wireframes created by the team.
