Philosophy
I am a User Experience Researcher. I thrive in roles where I can direct and execute research, inform designs and shape product decisions. I enjoy framing problems, solving them with a great team and iterating until the product has traction.
I have worked with several product processes and thought a lot about how to collaborate with partner teams. What I have learned is that it's best to collaborate early on, define realistic goals together and establish a timeline with checkpoints.
I have 10+ years of experience designing and testing new platforms and 7+ years of experience leading teams. Having worked at a startup, design agency and large corporation, I can wear many hats.
